HI,

It seems your nerve is getting impinged somewhere at hip level, so i will suggest you to sit on soft surfaces use soft cushion before sitting, sleep on hard bed, travel light and use lumbar corset belt while travelling it will prevent you from getting any travel shocks. Wear loose cloth, don't wear skin tight jeans/trousers. Drink lot of fluids and have green vegs and have vit b12 supplements ( as vit b 12 is considered as nerve tonic).

Hope you find the answer useful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harsh Swarup
