What Causes Pain In The Biceps And Wrists?

Hi Experiencing low shooting pains in lower biceps and down to wrists. Also not soles of feet getting hot lately. Only major change in workload is recent working on renovations where my lower back is very stiff, particularly every morning. Pins and needles (slight) in fingers linked to tight sore wrists, Appreciate any advice.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your back pain, spinning sensation in hands can be related to neuromuscular inflammation and damage, or to arthrosis of the vertebral column.

I suggest you take Ibuprofen or Naproxen. Also, you can try using ice packs, and physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
General & Family Physician
