What Causes Pain In The Back?

I was stretching this morning, went for a short run/walk, biked about 2 miles and when I was walking I started feeling this sharp pain in my middle back just under my shoulder blades. It last about 2 seconds and sort of takes my breathe away. I noticed it happens when I bend sideways or sway

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be nerve trapped which causes pain.

So take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel.

Avoid exercise and bending forward.
