Hi,welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms point to urinary cause likely to be BLADDER DYSYNERGIA.This can cause symptoms like urinary hesitancy and retention.Drugs like tolterodine and darifenacin will help.I suggest you get a screening ultrasound of your kidneys to rule out stones.Renal stones if any are treated through shock wave lithotripsy.Drink plenty of water. This back pain is not related to your heart as such.consult a nephrologist for further queries.
Thank you
