What Causes Pain In The Arms And Legs After Radiation For Breast Cancer?

I had stage 3 breast cancer all of last year. I had very strong chemo, 4 months of it going once a week. Then I took chemo pills daily, then I had a double mastectomy with 15lymph nodes removed. Then 30 radiation treatments with the last 5 being very strong. Now I find that I am left with terrible pain in my arms and legs which feels like bone pain. It gets terrible at night.what is it? My cancer was stage 3, triple negative breast cancer.
