Hey i hav been having rectum pains I ve been using hemorrhoid cream for the pass week on n off but I am still having pain internal no bleeding itching or mucus from anal just when I tighten my butt muscle it s a very discomfort feel now starting to affect my walk. What wrong with me? I masturbated early now it feels worst

itcan be piles fissure or fistula. get checked by surgeon. can take sitzbath. apply proctosedyl ointment per anum. can take cremafin at bedtime. take fiber rich food. drink more water. take fresh fruits and vegetable.
