What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And Shoulders Upon Movement?

9 years old. Abdominal pain, gas good bowel sounds, urine looks and smells normal, no nausea or vomiting, no temp. Pain accross upper abdomen from side to side more on the right from upper abdomen rib cage area to lower abdomen. Also on both shoulder/ underarm area with movement. No cold symptoms started this am. Hiccups several times today.

dear pain in right hypothyroidism and shoulder pain probably caused by gallbladder or liver pathology in which Kher's sign positive.please get it done one ultrasound abdomen and consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
