I have a pain in one of my testicles, which comes and goes every few weeks with no obvious cause. It usually lasts a few days then goes away but I would like to know what causes it. Pain in testicles can be due to various reasons as
- Orchitis
- Epididymal cyst
- Varicocele
- Referred pain from stone in ureter or calculus of same side. Kindly get a baseline examination with your consultant surgeon for primary evaluation and if needed he or she may guide you for the need of Doppler ultrasound scrotum with or without ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis.
