hello and good afternoon a few days ago I was riding a bicycle and crashed into this bench and my balls was hit is on the bench on the handle or on the bike seat and ever since then my left testicle has been hurting me also I ve had a varicocele surgery and it has reoccurred. Does this has anything to do with.if not what s wrong with my balls (my left testicle.)
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of trauma to the left testicle as you have explained due to the accident while riding bicycle a few days back, there is pain in the left testicle since then. Also noted you history related to the varicocele surgery which you have recovered from. The obvious reason is the trauma causing inflammation, swelling and possibly a hematoma depending upon the severity if it.
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler to get the cause of the pain that you have. This will guide your Doctor for a possible treatment, which may be in the form of an anti-inflammatory medicines, scrotal support.
