What Causes Pain In Testicle?

I am having light continuous pain in my right testicle since last 6-8 months. The ultrasound 4 months ago was normal with mild suspected orchitis and micro calcification. Recently I showed my doctor and he ruled out orchitis and gave me Tryptomer 25mg. This tab is having a lot of side effects and causes dizziness next day. The pain in the right side of right testicle is normally felt in sitting position or when it is under pressure, and goes away when there is no pressure. Please suggest what is the problem and why the pain is persisting till now? what could be the possible cause?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time testicular pain could be due to some infection and it could be epididymitis it is nothing to loose if taken a antibiotic and best drug would be "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for 10 days, second some surgical condition need to be ruled out, in my opinion better to see the urosurgeon for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
