Welcome to health care magic.

1.After going through the history and investigations done suggest the possible cause could be spinal.
2.When there is degenerative changes in the spine the disc gets herniated / slipped posteriorly and cause the pressure effect on the nerve root.
3.When the nerve gets compressed there will be similar symptoms like back pain, groin pain and testicular discomfort.
4.You have done an x-ray spine, but disc and nerve can not be seen on x-ray, MRI will be ideal.
5.Mean while do some back exercises that will help to relieve the symptoms - if that not happens then get MRI done. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
