Hi Recently I have been getting pain in my tailbone Every time I cough or try to push out , it hurts It doesn t hurt when i sit generally but if i sit down roughly , then yes it hurts I haven t had any injury there although a few years ago i collided really hard on wood floor because i fell from an exercise ball but i didn t think of it What are the causes of this ? And how can it get better ? Thank you
