What Causes Pain In Stomach And Back Along With Black Colored Stool?

I have had pain in my stomach and lower back on the right side, and my stools have been black all weekend. It seems i may have been dehydrated as i got a real case of chills on Sunday night. Shaking so bad even while taking a hot shower. Lasted about a half an hour to 45 minutes.

You need an urgent referal to a medical facility and get your complete blood count and clotting profile checked. It seems as if you are having bleeding gastric ulcer or varices.

In case of dizziness or shortness of breath approach should be through ER.

Your symtoms are not to be taken lightly. Also get intravenous antacids like omeperazole and infusion if saline or crystallises.

You might be asked for an endoscopy too.
