General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having peri-artheritis of shoulder joint giving rise this pressure nerve problem and pain while joint movement.
Go for x-ray shoulder and cervical spine for having osteo-artheritis.
After reports go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy as advised by orthopedic surgeon.
Ok and take care.
