What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade Followed By Abnormal Bowel Movement?

well ive got pain on my shoulder blade because I think I reinjured it from 3 yrs. ago. (from 3 yrs. ago) my left side has been bothering me on/off for 3 yrs. But been bothering more last week and half. my bowel movement is not big like it use to be. any of this sound interconnected?

For shoulder pain you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief whenever required. For bowl movement change you require clinical examination by general surgeon.
