General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should get it reviewed by a urologist or your primary surgeon as to rule out any chances of local or wound infection as it may need to be treated with oral or intravenous antibiotics. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with more potent analgesics like tramadol may be needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
