What Causes Pain In Right Testicle?

I have been experiencing some pain in my right testicle, and when I get this pain it lasts for a few days.
It occurs when I am working for 8+ hours and it gets very sensitive to any movement or touch.
It makes me want to sit.. and sitting does not make the pain go away.
The pain is the worst through the 1st day and sore a few days later.
Even when I played football, the practice was only 2-3 hours and this same uncomfortable pain would occur.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, this could be epididymitis, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following treatments,
1) Tab ofloxacin
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg
3) Tab Acetaminophen
(You have not mentioned your age and weight so the dose of above mentioned drug has to be adjusted according to age and weight)
these treatment will surely help you, take care and have good day.

General Surgeon Dr. T Chandrakant's  Response
HI. When there is a pain in one side of scrotum ( testicle), it should be investigated by an examination by an Urologist and ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
The probable causes are, orchitis , meaning infection or inflammation of the testis. Another is enlargement of the veins plexus around the parts of testis and the cord supporting it.
So please follow the guidelines and get well soon.
