What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Belly Button Post Injury?

About two weeks ago I had surgery for an umbilical hernia that was sustained from heavy lifting at work. Everything has been good up until now. I have been walking a lot and doing very light exercise to speed up the healing process. Today my daughters were jumping on the bed. As I was telling them to get off the bed, one of them was about to slip off. My parental instinct kicked on, and I grabbed her, and used my right leg to keep her from falling. I didn t feel anything at that moment, but after a few minutes I was feeling slight tinge of pain, or muscle spasm, about a little over an inch away , on the right side, from my bellybutton. I want to know if it sounds like I tore the mesh, or If it was a little strain. the daughter who was falling was my 20 month old who is around 35 lbs.
