What Causes Pain In Right Ear And Throat While Swallowing?

My right ear hurts when I speak too much or swallow. My right eye is also swollen, my throat hurts on the right side when I speak too much or swallow, and I had a headache on that side the past few days. Under my chin on the right side also feels rather swollen. What are some possibilities and if I do see a doctor will any needles be required?

In view of this please see an ENT specialist for further clinical assessment lab test and drug treatment
