What Causes Pain In Rib Cage After Removal Of Tumor From Chest Area?

I was recently diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma HER2 positive - stage 1. I had the tumour removed on September 2, nd, but have recently began experiencing pain in my rib cage - same side of the affected breast. What is the possibilty that I now have secondary bone cancer?

In invasive ductal carcinoma stage l do not metasasise post surgery. There will be some other cause. May be it is muscular. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice tab diclofenac peracetamol and seritiopeptidase, diclofenac gel for local use.
