Hi, I m a 34 year old male and 8 weeks ago I noticed a slight tingling/crawling sensation in/on my scrotum. This coincided with a rash dominant initially on the scrotum but within a week all over my body. Antihistamines have settled down the rash which still occurs occasionally during and after exercise. Scrotum sometimes feels hot and wearing boxers instead of close fitting underwear has become a must. About 3 weeks ago I also noticed I was having an itchy anus which I initially thought was worms (never having worms before as an adult) but 2 treatments later from the pharmacy (combantrin with mebendazole for threadworms) and the sensation remains. This past week I ve also noticed a slight increase in difficulty urinating/and today some pain/burning in my penis when urinating. I ve never had any of these sensations before. I ve had some tests for std s but they ve all come back negative. Am thinking about getting retested for everything known to man as I m starting to get very concerned.
