What Causes Pain In Penis During Urination And Sharp Pain In Kidney?

It stings when I pee and I sometimes get a little clear discharge at the end of my penis. It only stings when I first start peeing then the pain wears off a bit. I also get a sharp pain where my right kidney is.. Its like a punch but it only happens a few times a week....I dont know if that could be associated with my urine problem. John

Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Your findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection) and calculus in urogenital tract.
You may need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigation include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of KUB region.
Ultrasound is very helpful and it can exclude possibility of calculus.

You may need proper antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink lot of water.

Get well soon.
Take Care
