Dear Dr ... I m 27 years old, i am ready marriage. i have a problem in my panis, my glans not come out naturally , If i tried to get out it give heavy pain, & inside the panis i have smelly white stuff. if clean this it will difficult to get glans out. pls give me a solution....

Hi,
It seems that due to collection of smegma due to not cleaning daily, smegma stuck up to glans produced infection called prosthatitis.
Gradually try to clean with warm water and apply antibiotic cream.
After some time every thing will clear and you will retract your foreskin.
Ok and take care.
