What Causes Pain In Penis And Swelling And Redness Of Foreskin?

My penis hurts. only the tip. I am not circumcised, so the very tip of my foreskin is enlarged and red. Also when i pull back on an erection, the skin around is alot tighter than usual. there is a spot on the tip of my penis that if i touch, is an extreme shooting pain. Ive just cleared it of smegma about two days ago.

Best way is to go for circumcision. It will clear you of your painful condition.
The pressure will be released and swollen part will also normalise.
