Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you may have developed soft tissue injury in your wrist. It is common after such injuries but chances of bon injury is less. I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet Bruten 400 mg twice daily.
3.Compression bandage, avoid putting load on the wrist. Do not do heavy work.
If pain decreases after these activity then it is ok. Otherwise you need to get x ray of the hand.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
