What Causes Pain In Neck/shoulder, Left Finger To Arm After Shoveled Snow?

I just recently started having a pain in my left ring finger, it's a throbbing pain that sort of shoots through my arm. My neck/shoulder on the left are also a little achy. I shoveled snow today, could it be related? Should I be concerned since the left ring finger has a direct connection to my heart?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Do not worry as i can you that finger pain is not related to heart disease. It can be a pinch nerve or a trigger finger. I would suggest you to show it to a orthopaedic surgeon and he will be able to tell you about your diagnosis. He may ask you to get cervical spine X ray.Till that time you can take pregabalin tablet and Methylcobalamine.
