What Causes Pain In Neck And Throwing Up Water And Dry Blood?
dear doctor past few weeks before when I turn my neck left spin happen to me.correctly I donot know.but pain in my neck.but I feel something inside my throat.when I pass inside my throat near area.immediately waste water and dry blood coming out.my eyes are burning too much. I took all medicine. still I not cure Please solve what is reason .because I am in Saudi Arabia

Well come to HCM
This could be vertigo due to cervical spine disease, blood can not be dried inside the body, what ever you have seen in vomiting could be something else, food particles may be likely, chances of hyper-acidity is very likely and this can be best treated with the following drugs.
1) Tab Rabeprazole with Domperidone once in day at evening time
Try to keep the stress level low, avoid spicy food prior to bed, take care and have nice day.
