Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic. After going through your query I concluded that You are having pain in wrist. It may be sprain wrist or arthritis of wrist as you had been operated for carpal tunnel syndrome and de'quirevains disease. So you can get your x Ray and MRI to more detailed investigation. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain. I think your query get answered. If you have any clarification then you are welcome to write to us.I will be happy to help you.Wishing you good health. Take care.
