General Surgeon 's  Response
hello,
It seems you are suffering from Gastritis. what you need to do is to start taking omeprazole/rabeprazole along with domperidone in combination once a day in morning empty stomach. along with that i would suggest some lifestyle changes as taking dinner at least 2 hours prior to going to bed, regular exercise, and as you said you take healthy non acidic food please do continue that good habit.
your problem should subside with this but if it persists than you might need to get an Ultrasonography done of your abdomen and if needed an endoscopic examination.
thanks and regards
Dr. Gaurav Shrivastav
