What Causes Pain In My Left Side Of The Stomach?

I have been having pain in my left side and I did ultrasound which came back OK. After that I have been having belly ache a like menstrual cramps along with head ahe and I sometimes feel like am going to pass out. My right leg gets real cramped she I do too much work. I feel like a nerve there is shocking me with pain

Thanks for your query.
The causes of the pains and the other symptoms is suggestive of hte following in your case:
I am suspecting a general disease like Typhoid or gastroenteritis to cause your problems as there is no specific symptom-complex.

I would advise you the following:
Since the ultrasonography is normal, let us go for the blood tests of CB , Widal for typhoid, and other tests as per the clinical findings.
Urine - routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Stool tests.

Get started on an appropriate antibiotics under the guidance of a Doctor and other symptomatic treatment , to see the reports and then to continue or alter the treatment as per the further reports.
