Hello, my name is Kaml,e. I sprained my left ankle about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I put ice on it and rested it as much as possible, and wear an ace bandage for support when active. It is still mildly sore, but I also now have a very sharp stabbing like pain in my heel. It has been going on for about 2 days now and it comes and goes. i was wondering if that is related to the sprain, and what i could do for that. Thank you very much.
