What Causes Pain In Lower Part Of The Body While Urinating?

I am having pain in the lower right front side, when I urinated it was slow to start and had red blood that was easily spotted. I have been under stress, and have hemroids that have been bleeding also. The pain is just at the bottom rib on the right side and runs down to about the hip area

Hello and thanks for your question.
It's my first priority to help you
Well such pain can be associated with renal colic due to obstruction in urinary tract either from stone or abnormal growth which should be evaluated with urinalysis and ultrasound whole abdomen ASAP.
You can take OTC Zantac and Ibuprofen in the meantime.
Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.
Try AZO pills and cranberry juice.
Warm compresses with a heating pad can be tried.
You should start metamucil.
Do warm water sitz bath with betadine solution for 10-15 minutes twice a day.
If pain is getting unbearable then visit emergency room.
Hope this helps.
