What Causes Pain In Lower Left Quadrant That Radiates To Back?

I have pain in my lower left quadrant that radiates around to my back on the left side. I have had a cat scan, a x-ray, blood tests and a urinalysis. All were normal (no stones or anything) except the urinalysis which revealed blood in my urine. Any thoughts?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute renal colic giving rise this problem.
There might be having urinary tract infection.
take antispasmodic medicine like Dicyclomine as and when required.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5-7 days.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
