Lower back right above my back hips. It hurts when I cough. I can feel my back bones shift when I move around. It is very painful. I hurt really bad if I sit on hard surfaces. I can't sit with my legs apart. If I do it is difficult for me to stand up. I have to take small baby steps and I can't straighten up. I've never had back surgery. Please help me!
Hi, From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae and hip joint and stiffness in the muscles giving this problem. Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines and hip joint. Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined. Meanwhile go for back extension exercises. Take Calcium and multi vitamin supplements. Ok and take care.
