General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae and hip joint and stiffness in the muscles giving this problem.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines and hip joint.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile go for back extension exercises.
Take Calcium and multi vitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
