What Causes Pain In Lower Back Radiating Down To Legs?
I have lower back pain on the left side with pain going down both legs. About 2 weeks ago I rolled over in bed an had a rush of blood from my lower back to my head and then had an immediate migraine. When I went to my physical therapist 2 days later she found a large knot on my left side.

The pain that you have seems to be due to a disc related issue. This can be diagnosed by MRI scan. The soft tissue swelling is nor worrisome.
