What Causes Pain In Lower Back, Cramping In Stomach And Headaches?

i have been having trouble pains in my lower back area, abit of cramps in my stomach and very bad headaches. some i ll have all three one time. i dont want to eat cos the food just dont taste nice anymore. and i get very moddy when im like this. this has been going on for about a month now. but the not eatting only started about a week ago.

1. the above said symptoms mostly are seen in patients suffering from tension headaches,kidney stones,and constipation unless specific cause and diagnosis by relevant examination [symptom wise approach] has excluded other inflammatory pathologies of abdomen. [esp. aneurysm of abdomen]

2. In females: pre menstrual syndrome [PMS], Pelvic Inflammatory disease [PID] and ovarian cysts can be the cause for which gynecological examination is must.

3. if along with above mentioned features you start getting tenderness in abdomen,fever,vomiting,painful micturition so in order to detect any serious internal issues, seek immediate medical attention.
