What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen With History Of Partial Hysterectomy?

Hello I m a 53 year old female I m having lower back.pain on right side and having lower abdominal. Pain on the right side and under my right side of my rib has pain. I have had my Gallbladder removed and Appendix remived. I m not pregnant either had partial hysterectomy. What do you think it might be?

Hi,

As the pain is present both in right back and right front, and one sided, it mostly points to either gastritis or a renal lesion.

In such cases we suggest our patients a USG Abdomen+KUB, and X Ray KUB, X Ray Abdomen Erect. For symptomatic relief we will prefer Tab Buscopan BD x 3 days, Tab Paracetamol 500mg BD x 3 days, Tab Pantoprazole 40mg + domperidone 10mg SR BD x 3 days before food.

Check the prescription to confirm that you are not allergic to any medicines prescribed above.
