What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen While Running?

I exercise regularly but for some reason after I run long distances, I get a bad stomach ache in my lower abdominal region for hours after the run. It feels like I have to go to the bathroom but I really don't. I don't know what to do because I don't want to stop running!

Well come to HCM
Because of the running abdominal pain is very common symptoms and the reason behind this is not fully understood and this is more common with full stomach means after the intact of food, better stop running after the meal, hope this helps.
