What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Upon Sneezing?
hello there I would like to know why my left lower abdomen hurts when I sneeze. My last period was on April 12 and ever since I haven t got m regular period. I have been spotting for the last few days on and off very light pink and my hpt came out negative.

Females have abdominothoracic kind of respiration.
In such case its advisible to get a repeat UPT and USG Abdo pelvis done
There can be some small or bigger reason to worry
We usually prescribe Tab Ampicillin 500mg BD x 3 days, Tab Buscopan BD X 3 DAYS, Tab Pantoprazole 20mg BDX 3 DAYS in such case and a follow up after 3 days to see if symptoms relieved
