General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Pain in abdomen can be difficult to treat without a through physical examination & good patient history. Right now it is too early for me to come to conclusion but I can suggest you to pay a little attention to your problem as something common like pain in abdomen can be a masked bigger problem particularly in elder individuals and children.
Look for signs associated with pain like fever, tenderness or redness in that area which may suggest an acute infection or inflammation. Check for change in your bowel and bladder habit, any vaginal discharge & weight loss. Do keep an eye on the stool and urine you pass as it is a very simple yet helpful clue to know what is going inside the body.
Then coming to nausea, it can be due to various factors including symptom associated with pain in abdomen due gastrointestinal pathology or something simple like side effect of any medicine you take. Keep us informed. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
