What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Testicle?

Hi, I have recently experienced a dull ache in my lower stomach/right testicle. It doesn't hurt, but I know it is there. I can urinate fine, everything is working, but It's just annoying. I went to the doctors and my GP said it was just the start of a flu?! or perhaps a moderate infection that didn't need antibiotics at the moment (I had a urine sample tested, all come up fine). Help!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the right testicle and the right lower abdomen.
The stone in the right ureter can cause referred pain in the right testicle and the disease of the right testicle can cause pain in the lower abdomen as referred pain.
I would advise you the following:
- Ultrasonography of the abdomen and the scrotum with color doppler mode too.
Re-test the urine, stool and blood.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgery.

This will you the proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
I find this answer helpful
