What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Neck After A Fall?

i got knocked down by a couple dogs yesterday. They ran into the back of my legs and i went up and down - flat on my back. (I already have a herniated disc - L5S1) Today, lower abdomen feels like I ve been doing sit ups and the front of my neck feels the same way. Is that from the fall?

Hi.
Your symptoms are due to muscle spasms due to sudden fall where they are not prepared for fight or flight.
Get an anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen, muscle relaxants, local rubrafacient ( which increase warmth) , take a rest and you will be fine.
Consult a Doctor if you have other associated symptoms related to the Disc problem like pain or weakness in the lower limbs, abdominal distension , pain or vomiting.
