General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, your condition suggest much of acute bacterial infection.
If were your treating doctor then i would suggest
1) To start on antibiotic i.e amoxicillin and to complete the full course of two weeks.
2) Maintaining adequate hygiene would help a lot, i.e using antiseptic containing soap..
3) However if the swelling increases rapidly in size, kindly consult your physician to rule out malignancy
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
