Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 33 years old and in good health. I have a pain on the left side of my chest under my breast when I try to take a deep breath. I have had it before and it lasts a minute or two but today it won't go away and it is extremely painful. I am fine if I take short shallow breaths. If a bend over it hurts worse. Could this be a muscle spasm? Should I be worried or just let it pass?
