What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Chest, Rapid Heart Rate And Mild Fever?

My name is Debbie, my husband is having pains in left area under ribs and around heart area. He has rapid heart rate that u can see in belly area. Pain at belly button, pressure heaviness, bubbly feeling around chest, tingling in left arm and leg. This pain is worse at night when he is laying down, also low grade fever 99.5. Took to local small Dr ekg was fine, done contrast ct fine. Pain started like week ago but getting worse. Do you have any idea of what it could be?

Hi,first of all ECG is to be done.If it is normal then some respiratory causes can make chest pain.For pain relief take analgesic.To rule out infective or inflammatory condition CRP is to be done.Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to tingling sensation.
