hi, i am a female aged 54 and i am experiencing occasional and seemingly random pains in the middle of the left hand side of my back. this is followed by nausea, visible sweating and fatigue. when this passes i feel completely normal again. can you help?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you has left side back pain with sweating and fatigue .I will advise you to rule out heart related cause by visiting cardiologist because pain is with sweating and you feel completely normal after period of pain. You are also advised to rule out abdominal cause by sonography of abdomen . During pain period you can take analgesic such as diclofenac. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
