Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The left-side abdomen pain seems to be due to related hydronephrosis on right-side kidney, the effect of which manifests on left side as there is compensatory high workload over the left kidney.
I would recommend to evaluate the reports in follow up discussion for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
