What Causes Pain In Left Groin Area With A History Of Hernia?

hi, yesterday i think i may have pulled a muscle while pooping. i may have exerted to much force. after that i felt pain on my left groin area. i have a history of hernia. prior to yesterdays incident, i ve been having issues on my left groin area and i think it became worse after yesterday.

It needs to be examined by the surgeon for proper assessment. Is there any redness? Vomiting? IR constipation. You should go to ER in order to exclude strangulated hernia.
