Hi,

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, with history of PBC cholesterol levels may gets increased which can cause ischemic heart disease and may cause altered BP and pulse as well as left chest pain so should be evaluated by medic facility ASAP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
