Hi I have been experienncing a nagging left arm pain belching and sometimes pain on my left chest. I am concerned as I have done bloods and a resting ECg and that seemed fine except for my cholesterol level being a bit elevated. Is there any other tests that I could do?
Hello This is a most dangerous area and particularly in patient with high cholesterol level . You should be worried but not too much . Take following measures . 1 High fiber diet, green leafy vegetables fruits . 2 Cut down the processed food , white bread, dough nuts , white sugar, pizza should be completely avoided. 3 A 40 minute physical activities every day like brisk walk, evening walk or a visit to a gym or swimming pool help. In this situation you must be concerned . I would recommend you consult a cardiologist ans sort out this problem . Good luck.
